How We Review Applications

Transparency is a core principle. Here's exactly what we look for — and what we don't.

What We Look For

Thoughtfulness Over Credentials

We don't filter by résumé or credentials. We care about who you are, not what you've achieved. If you've thought deeply about what it means to live with dignity — for yourself and others — that's what matters to us.

Alignment, Not Agreement

You don't need to agree with every section of the framework. We value people who can name where they disagree and explain why. Blind agreement is a red flag, not a green one.

Capacity for Honest Engagement

Can you sit with hard questions? Can you hold space for perspectives that challenge your own? We're building something that asks for emotional courage — not perfection, never perfection, but a genuine willingness to grow alongside others.

Some Time to Give

This is volunteer work. We won't burn you out. But building a new system requires some sustained attention. Even a few hours a month matters if the attention is real.

No Hidden Agendas

We're building something rooted in love, not leverage. If your heart is in this for the right reasons — even if you're not entirely sure what those reasons are yet — that's enough. We just ask that this not be a vehicle for personal brand, political campaign, or commercial gain.

What We Don't Require

  • Perfect writing or polished answers
  • Technical expertise (though it helps)
  • Prior experience with governance or policy
  • A specific political identity or ideology
  • Living in a particular country or region

Let's Talk

We'd like to learn more. We'll reach out for a brief conversation — no pressure.

Not Right Now

The timing or fit isn't right. This is never permanent — you can always reapply.

Ready? The form takes about 10 minutes. There are no right answers — just your honest ones.
